After a decade at SAP Labs keeping enterprise systems like SAP Cloud ALM truthful for millions of users across 100+ countries, MD Afsar Hussain knew a confident-but-wrong answer costs more than no answer at all. So Flocci Chat inverts the maintenance problem: an operator crawl covers day one, then the widget passively ingests the fully-rendered DOM of every page a real visitor opens — the same single-page app that blinds ordinary crawlers becomes its best teacher. Retrieval is hybrid vector-plus-lexical with rerank, every answer shows its sources, and when semantic embeddings aren't configured it drops to honest full-text search rather than faking a match.
