Will it work on my React / Vue / no-code site?

Yes — that's a core strength. The widget reads pages exactly as your visitors see them, after all scripts run, so JavaScript-rendered content is fully covered.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It says so, asks a clarifying question, or offers to connect the visitor with your team. It doesn't invent answers, and sensitive topics escalate to a human automatically.

How long until it knows my whole site?

A crawl covers most of it at onboarding; within about 24 hours of normal traffic, every page your visitors open is learned. No content lists, no uploads required.

Can it answer about a customer's own order or account?

Yes. With the identity integration your logged-in users are verified, and the assistant can call your own API — order tracking, subscription status — answering from the live result.

What about private dashboards?

One attribute (data-passive-ingest="off") turns page-learning off for logged-in surfaces, so in-app content never enters the knowledge base.
